Payment Policies & Procedures

All treatments are expected to be paid in the following formats:

• Cash
• Credit Card
• Debit Card

We regret to inform that we do not accept Cheque Payments.

If under any circumstances, you wish to make payment via EFT, the following procedure needs to be followed:

• After making your appointment and confirming the total of your appointment, proceed with the EFT payment to banking details supplied to you.
• EFT payments should be made at least 4 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
• This will give us enough time for the payment to reflect in our bank account and to confirm that payment has been received.

Please ensure that you send us a Proof of Payment to: admin@smartlaser.co.za

If the EFT payment does not reflect in our account before your scheduled appointment, you will still be able to come in for your treatment. We will request of you to make a card or cash payment and will reimburse you for the EFT amount, as soon as it reflects in our account.
